If you think you’re about to read a boring business book, think again.  In fact, be prepared to board a roller coaster for the wildest ride of your life.

Timothy Sykes, a.k.a. the “Bar Mitzvah Boy,” turned his $12,415 Bar Mitzvah gift money into $1.65 million.  A daring Day Trader, he managed to do this before he even graduated from college.  In his senior year of college, he started his own hedge fund, hoping for a career making money for his investors as well as himself.  But the best laid plans don’t always proceed as planned.

This book details Timothy’s wild ride on the stock market during some of its more turbulent years.  He shares his successes, his blunders, and a lot of himself.  By the end of this book, you’ll feel you know more about the stock market than you ever thought possible.

For most working people dabbling in “safe” investments, Day Trading is simply out of their league.  Timothy portrays what a day in the life of a Day Trader is like, and how he deals with the pressure that comes with making money in very short-term investments.

Timothy also shares some of his frustrations with SEC regulations, which limit hedge funds from advertising and attracting investors.  He wants his fund to succeed, but finds his hands tied at every turn.

Read this book to learn from Timothy’s successes and failures as you consider your own future in Day Trading or hedge fund management.  Read it to be entertained.  But definitely read it!  This is a book you won’t be able to put down.
